Combine yogurt, fruit and granola for a yummy breakfast or snack. You may substitute any fruit you prefer for the raspberries and peaches.


  • 1 cup plain, fat-free yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons low-fat granola
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup sliced peaches
  • honey for drizzling


  1. In two parfait glasses, alternate layers of yogurt, fruit and granola.
  2. Drizzle some honey on top of each one and serve.
