Combine yogurt, fruit and granola for a yummy breakfast or snack. You may substitute any fruit you prefer for the raspberries and peaches.
- 1 cup plain, fat-free yogurt
- 6 tablespoons low-fat granola
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup sliced peaches
- honey for drizzling
- In two parfait glasses, alternate layers of yogurt, fruit and granola.
- Drizzle some honey on top of each one and serve.
