Pour a generous amount of Grannie's Hot Fudge Sauce on ice cream and top with salted peanuts or pecans.
Ingredients
- 2 squares bitter chocolate
- 3/4 cup sugar
- pinch of cream of tartar
- dash of salt
- 1 cup evaporated milk
Directions
- Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add sugar, salt and cream of tartar. Very slowly add and mix in evaporated milk and bring to a rolling boil.
- Store in refrigerator.
