Grandma Smith's Barbecue is for either pork or beef.
Ingredients
- 1, 3 to 4 pound pork roast
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Wrap roast in foil. Bake at 325 degrees F for 3 hours or until well done. Cool roast and cut meat from bone in strips.
- Cook onion in butter in saucepan until transparent. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Add beef to sauce. Serve on buns.
