Flavored with mushrooms and mustard, Golden Noodles go great with French or Swedish Meatballs.
- 1, 8 ounce package wide egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- parsley flakes
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Add mushrooms; cook 4 minutes. Stir in mustard and noodles. Toss until well coated. Sprinkle with parsley.
