A classic favorite, Golden Carrot Cake doesn't need frosting.
Ingredients
- 2 cups carrots, grated
- 2 cups flour, sifted
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Grease and flour a bundt pan. Beat all ingredients together for about 3 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes.
