Golden Carrot Cake

A classic favorite, Golden Carrot Cake doesn't need frosting.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups carrots, grated
  • 2 cups flour, sifted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs

Directions

  1. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Beat all ingredients together for about 3 minutes.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes.
