This goat cheese salad is a delicious alternative to a regular salad.
- 2 cups red leaf lettuce, rinsed and dried
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- Oil and vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toss lettuce with oil and vinegar in mixing bowl and transfer to a serving dish. Add grapes, goat cheese, pecans and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
