This goat cheese salad is a delicious alternative to a regular salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups red leaf lettuce, rinsed and dried
  • 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • Oil and vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Toss lettuce with oil and vinegar in mixing bowl and transfer to a serving dish. Add grapes, goat cheese, pecans and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
