A sweet and crunchy pecan topped bacon breakfast dish.


  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the bacon on a wire rack over a drop pan, insuring not the overlap the slices.
  3. Mix together the remaining ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle over the bacon.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, drain before serving.
