Apricot glazed slow cooked chicken breasts.
- 4 large skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
