Ingredients
- 2 parts amontillado sherry
- 1 part elderflower liqueur
- 3 dashes Sunshine Bitters
- Ice
- Lemon twist to garnish
Directions
- Place the amontillado sherry, elderflower liqueur and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Stir the mixture for 25 seconds to chill and then strain into a sherry glass. Serve immediately garnished with a lemon twist.
