Delicious healthy pear dessert with crumbled gingersnap cookies.
- 1 (16 ounce) can unsweetened pear halves, drained
- 12 low-fat gingersnaps, finely crushed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons low-fat margarine, melted
- Place the pears, cut side up, in the bottom of a 9-inch cake pan. Mix together the remaining ingredients and spread over the pears. Bake at 30 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
