Serve this dessert when serving a chinese dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, cored and sliced
  • 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Toss the ingredients lightly.
  3. Cover and chill for a few hours.
