Simple gingerbread and banana with oats muffins.
Ingredients
- 1 box gingerbread mix
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup instant oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 egg whites
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a muffin tin.
- Combine everything together in a large bowl. Mix well. Pour into the prepared muffin pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan right away.
