Delicious brown sugar, raisin and gingerale filled baked apples.


  • 4 baking apples
  • 4 tablespoons golden raisins
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup gingerale


  1. Core the apples without going all the way through the bottom. Stand upright in a baking dish. Add 1 tablespoon of raisins and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar to the center of each apple. Pour the gingerale in.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, basting regularly. Bake until the apples are tender but not mushy.
