Delicious brown sugar, raisin and gingerale filled baked apples.
Ingredients
- 4 baking apples
- 4 tablespoons golden raisins
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup gingerale
Directions
- Core the apples without going all the way through the bottom. Stand upright in a baking dish. Add 1 tablespoon of raisins and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar to the center of each apple. Pour the gingerale in.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, basting regularly. Bake until the apples are tender but not mushy.
