Ginger Fruit is an easy dessert that will be a welcomed addition on any buffet table.


  • 1 pound can of pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 heaping tablespoons ginger marmalade


  1. Chill pineapple, oranges, orange juice and marmelade for several hours.
  2. Slice the bananas on the bias and add to the other fruits just before serving.
