Ginger Fruit is an easy dessert that will be a welcomed addition on any buffet table.
- 1 pound can of pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 bananas
- 2 heaping tablespoons ginger marmalade
- Chill pineapple, oranges, orange juice and marmelade for several hours.
- Slice the bananas on the bias and add to the other fruits just before serving.
