A crisp and creamy apple pie cocktail smoothie with a kick of ginger and vodka.
- 1 cup canned apple pie filling
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/8 teaspon vanilla extract
- 3 ice cubes
- 2 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces ginger liqueur (such as Original Canton)
- Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
