Blending gin with unsweetened pomegranate juice makes a crisp, sweet-tart cocktail with beautiful color and taste.


  • 1-1/4 ounces Gin
  • 1 ounce Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
  • Lemon twist to garnish


  1. Place a martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, excluding the garnish, and fill with ice.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously for 30 seconds and then drain into the prepared glass. Garnish with the lemon twist and serve immediately.
