Blending gin with unsweetened pomegranate juice makes a crisp, sweet-tart cocktail with beautiful color and taste.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 ounces Gin
- 1 ounce Pomegranate Juice
- 1 ounce Simple Syrup
- 3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
- Lemon twist to garnish
Directions
- Place a martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, excluding the garnish, and fill with ice.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for 30 seconds and then drain into the prepared glass. Garnish with the lemon twist and serve immediately.
