Gilbet gravy recipe.

Ingredients

  • chopped giblets
  • 3 cups boiled giblet stock
  • 4 tablespoons cooking fat
  • 3 tablespoons flour

Directions

  1. Boil the giblets in 3 cups of water.
  2. Take the fat from the roasting pan of the poultry and combine with the flour. Stir until browned in a skillet.
  3. Mix in 3 cups of the boiled giblet stock, stir until smooth and thick.
  4. Season, and simmer for 5 minutes.
