Gilbet gravy recipe.
Ingredients
- chopped giblets
- 3 cups boiled giblet stock
- 4 tablespoons cooking fat
- 3 tablespoons flour
Directions
- Boil the giblets in 3 cups of water.
- Take the fat from the roasting pan of the poultry and combine with the flour. Stir until browned in a skillet.
- Mix in 3 cups of the boiled giblet stock, stir until smooth and thick.
- Season, and simmer for 5 minutes.
