Get Fit Chicken Strips and Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Move over fried chicken. These chicken strips have all the flavor without the fat! Dip them in a yogurt sauce for a delicious meal! 


  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2/3 cup panko crumbs
  • 1 ounce envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Dannon All-Natural Plain Yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cut chicken breasts into long, thin strips. In a large bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, dry dressing mix, cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. In another bowl, coat chicken strips with egg. Toss chicken strips with breadcrumb mixture. Place breaded chicken on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake chicken at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. For yogurt dipping sauce, stir all ingredients together in bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Serve chicken strips with yogurt dipping sauce garnished with extra parsley.
