Pan cake in German style with lemony flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 beaten Eggs
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a pie pan.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Add mixture to pan and bake.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Spread lemon juice over the pancake and sprinkle powdered sugar over it.
- Serve hot.
