Pan cake in German style with lemony flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 beaten Eggs
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a pie pan.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  4. Add mixture to pan and bake.
  5. Bake until golden brown.
  6. Spread lemon juice over the pancake and sprinkle powdered sugar over it.
  7. Serve hot.
