Beer cooked brat and kraut dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 (28 ounce) jar refrigerated sauerkraut
- 3/4 cup beer
- 1 tablespoon marinade for chicken
- 1 (1 ounce) packet onion soup mix
- 2 pounds precooked bratwurst, sliced diagonally
Directions
- Mix together the sauerkraut, beer, marinade and onion soup in a greased slow cooker. Arrange the bratwurst over top. Cook covered for 5-6 hours on low, or 2-1/2 to 3-12 hours on high.
