Creamy, cheesy slow cooked hominy.
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans hominy, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) jar jalapeno cheese whiz
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups crushed corn chips
- Mix together everything but the corn chips in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Sprinkle the corn chips on top. Cover and cook an additional 15 minutes.
