Garlic Shrimp Sizzle is a hot appetizer served with lemon wedges.


  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound uncooked shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small lemon, cut into wedges


  1. In large skillet melt butter; when it foams add shrimp and garlic. Sprinkle with cayenne. Saute over medium heat, shaking pan and turning shrimp over once or twice, until they turn pink. Do not over cook. Add parsley, salt and pepper. Toss thoroughly. Serve with lemon wedges.
