Simple low-fat garlic and parmesan green beans.
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen Italian style green beans
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Combine the first three ingredients in a skillet over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Uncover, stir and continue cooking for 3 more minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated.
- Season as desired. Serve with the Parmesan sprinkled over.
