Slow cooked chicken breasts and garlic.
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 (1 ounce) herb and garlic soup mix
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Set the tomatoes on top.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
