Garlic and onion cheese ball coated in pecans.
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 roll garlic cheese
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Mix together everything but the pecans. Refrigerate until firm and then form into a ball. Roll in the chopped nuts until evenly coated. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
