Simple pork roast recipe.
Ingredients
- 10-12 pounds pork roast
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Slit the roast three inches deep every 6 inches.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients, dampen with water. Rub into the roast.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pot, brown the roast on all sides. Add water and cover. Cook on high for 5 minutes, then reduce to a simmer and bake for 4 hours, or until done, turning occasionally.
