Ingredients
- 4-5 pounds beef brisket
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves
Directions
- Arrange the brisket in a roasting pan. Sprinkle the garlic salt over. Place sliced onion and garlic cloves on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours.
