Low-fat cheesy garlic and herb seasoned rice side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 cup instant rice
  • 1 (5 ounce) package light garlic and herb soft spreadable cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

  1. Bring the broth to a boil. Slowly stir in the rice and cook according to the package.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese and pepper until melted.
