- 1 (14.5 ounce) can fat-free chicken broth
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1 (5 ounce) package light garlic and herb soft spreadable cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- Bring the broth to a boil. Slowly stir in the rice and cook according to the package.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheese and pepper until melted.
