Homemade hamburgers topped with sprouts and sunflower seeds.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds ground chuck
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups sprouts
- Sunflower seeds
- Hamburger buns
Directions
- Combine the first 5 ingredients and shape into 4" across patties.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes per side.
- Serve on a bun with about 3 tablespoons sprouts and sunflower seeds. Serve with lettuce, tomato and other condiments.
