Garden Slaw is a tangy accompaniment for grilled meats.
- 1/2 medium head cabbage, about 3 cups shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup radish, sliced
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Toss vegetables together lightly. Combine sour cream and garlic salt; pour over vegetables. Toss lightly to coat. Serve immediately.
