Toothsome garbanzo beans and fresh chopped parsley tossed with tangy sour cream make a simple salad with many possibilities.


  • 1, 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream (or plain yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup loose-packed chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt, or to taste
