Slow cooked pineapple chunk dessert.
- 4 (8 ounce) cans pineapple chunks
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup reserved pineapple juice
- Drain the pineapple, reserving 1 cup of the juice. Place the pineapple in the slow cooker.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the pineapple.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
