This Pennsylvania Dutch specialty is a fair-staple. It's simply deep-fried batter, usually topped with powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar or jam.  If you don't have a funnel handy, spoon the batter into a large resealable storage bag and snip off the corner. Instant funnel! Be sure to snip a small hole.

  • 3 large eggs

  1. Preheat the oil to 375 degrees.
