Fudgies are so easy to make and taste, well, fudgy!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • chopped nuts, optional

Directions

  1. Melt together chocolate squares and margarine. Let cool. Add sugar and then add mixture to beaten eggs. Add, gradually, the flour and mix by hand.
  2. Spread in a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Spread with chopped nuts, if desired. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cut while slightly warm.
