Fudge Sundae Pie has a vanilla wafer crust to hold all the chocolatey goodness.


  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1, 6 ounce package chocolate chips
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small box vanilla wafers
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • pecan halves


  1. Combine milk, chips, marshmallows and salt in a 1 quart saucepan; stir over medium heat until mixture melts and thickens. Remove from heat. Cool at room temperature.
  2. Line bottom of a 9 inch pie plate with vanilla wafers. Cover with half chocolate mixture. Repeat with a layer of wafers and the chocolate mixture. Garnish with pecan halves.
