Fudge Sundae Pie has a vanilla wafer crust to hold all the chocolatey goodness.
Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1, 6 ounce package chocolate chips
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 small box vanilla wafers
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- pecan halves
Directions
- Combine milk, chips, marshmallows and salt in a 1 quart saucepan; stir over medium heat until mixture melts and thickens. Remove from heat. Cool at room temperature.
- Line bottom of a 9 inch pie plate with vanilla wafers. Cover with half chocolate mixture. Repeat with a layer of wafers and the chocolate mixture. Garnish with pecan halves.
