Sweet and fruity pork chop dinner.


  • 4 pork chops
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 (8.25 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup sweet and spicy French salad dressing


  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown both sides of the pork chops. Drain.
  2. Arrange the pineapple and apricot on top of the chops and pour the dressing over.
  3. Cover and simmer until cooked through.
