Sweet and fruity pork chop dinner.
- 4 pork chops
- Vegetable oil
- 1 (8.25 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1/2 cup sweet and spicy French salad dressing
- Heat the oil in a skillet and brown both sides of the pork chops. Drain.
- Arrange the pineapple and apricot on top of the chops and pour the dressing over.
- Cover and simmer until cooked through.
