Give your fruit a little something special with this recipe.
- 2 cups sweet cherries, halved and pitted
- 2 cups cantaloupe balls
- 1 cup sliced fresh nectarines
- 1 cup cubed fresh pineapple or canned can be used
- 1/3 cup dry cherry
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
- Combine fruit in a large bowl.
- Add sherry and mint.
- Toss until blended.
- Cover and chill for a few hours.
