For breakfast on the run try this smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened orange juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup instant dry milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Chill thoroughly and reblend before serving.
  3. You can also use frozen banana slice and chilled fruit and serve right away.
