For breakfast on the run try this smoothie.
- 2 cups unsweetened orange juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup instant dry milk powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Chill thoroughly and reblend before serving.
- You can also use frozen banana slice and chilled fruit and serve right away.
