Use any favorite fruit in Fruit Juice Blend Shakes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fat free plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1, 16 ounce can frozen fruit juice concentrate, any flavor, thawed
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (thawed) cut up
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend about 30 seconds or until smooth.
