Homemade strawberry or peach ice cream. Requires an ice cream freezer.
- 8 eggs
- 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pint half and half
- 1 quart fruit puree (Strawberries or peaches)
- Beat the eggs using a mixer on high. Stir in the milk, and beat for 10 minutes. Add in the fruit and sweeten with the sugar as desired.
- Pour into the ice cream freezer and follow the directions to prepare.
