Fruit Ice Cream

Homemade strawberry or peach ice cream. Requires an ice cream freezer.


  • 8 eggs
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 1 quart fruit puree (Strawberries or peaches)
  • Sugar


  1. Beat the eggs using a mixer on high. Stir in the milk, and beat for 10 minutes. Add in the fruit and sweeten with the sugar as desired.
  2. Pour into the ice cream freezer and follow the directions to prepare.
