Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg in cup, filled with milk
- 1 can pie filling
- Topping: 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
Directions
- Cream together sugar and butter; add egg and milk, then flour and baking powder. Mix well. Spread on a greased cookie sheet. Spread with desired pie filling.
- Mix topping ingredients together and spread over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
