Fruit cocktail jello mold salad.


  • 2 cups pineapple-grapefrui juice drink
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored gelatin
  • 1 (28 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained


  1. Heat 1 cup of the juice to boiling. Stir in the gelatin until dissolved. Mix in the remaining juice and chill until partially set.
  2. Mix in the fruit cocktail and pour into a 1 quart mold. Refrigerate until firm.
