Fruit cocktail jello mold salad.
- 2 cups pineapple-grapefrui juice drink
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored gelatin
- 1 (28 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
- Heat 1 cup of the juice to boiling. Stir in the gelatin until dissolved. Mix in the remaining juice and chill until partially set.
- Mix in the fruit cocktail and pour into a 1 quart mold. Refrigerate until firm.
