Frozen Cherry Cheese Pie

Frozen Cherry Cheese Pie is made with a graham cracker crust and topped with cherry pie filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 envelope Dream Whip
  • 7/8 cup cold milk
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1 unbaked 9 inch graham cracker crust, chilled
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl, blending well. Add egg yolks and vanilla, beating until smooth. Prepare Dream Whip with milk using package directions. Add 2 cups Dream Whip to cream cheese mixture.
  2. Fold in egg whites. Pour into crust. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature for a few moments before serving. Top with pie filling and remaining Dream Whip.
