This Benedictine, vermouth and brandy-based cocktail is known as the ‘Froupe’ and the ‘Fioupe.’ Either way you say it, its delicious and rich taste remains the most interesting part of the drink.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoonful Benedictine
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce Brandy
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Slowly stir the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
