A quick and easy eggnog with a nice frothy top.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. Beat everything together in a bowl until frothy. Pour into cups to serve.
