These freezes, made with fruit and sherbet, are equally popular with kids and adults. To keep the freezes thick and frosty, start with frozen fruit.
- 1 1/3 C milk
- 1 pint sherbet (orange, pineapple or combination)
- 1 cup chopped pineapple, frozen
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- Combine milk, 1 cup sherbet and fruit in a blender and process until smooth. Pour mixture into glasses and top with a scoop of sherbet. Serve immediately.
