Ground beef and Frito chip meatballs with a cream of mushroom gravy.
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup Fritos, crushed
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, plus 1/2 can water
- Combine the meat, Fritos and egg together. Shape into meat balls.
- Brown the meat balls in a skillet. Combine the soup and water and pour over the browned meatballs. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
