The initial taste on your tongue after taking the first sip of this bourbon-based cocktail will be an enjoyable citrus flavor which will then fade into a smooth, sweet and spicy aromatic finish.

Ingredients

2 ounces Bourbon
1 ounce Bénédictine
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
Lemon wedge to garnish

Directions

Place all of the ingredients, except for the lemon wedge, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then fine strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish the drink with the lemon wedge and then serve immediately.
