Floured and fried turkey breast.


  • Breast of young turkey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup flour


  1. Cut the turkey across the grain into 1/4 inch thick slices. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper and roll in the flour.
  2. Deep fry in hot grease until browned.
