Simple and fast fried salmon patty dinner.
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can pink salmon
- 20 saltine crackers, crushed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Combine the salmon, crackers, eggs and lemon juice in a bowl. Shape into patties.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the patties until browned on both sides.
