Simple and fast fried salmon patty dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can pink salmon
  • 20 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine the salmon, crackers, eggs and lemon juice in a bowl. Shape into patties.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the patties until browned on both sides.
